RESIDENTIAL SERVICESResidential programs at TCRC provide a homelike environment and 24-hour-a-day support for individuals with developmental disabilities.
The CILA (Community Integrated Living Arrangement) program promotes independence in daily living, economic self-sufficiency, and community integration. TCRC operates the Arlington, Parkway, and Quail Hollow CILA’s in Pekin. The Bloomington Road, Cottonwood, and Pleasant Hill CILA’s are located in East Peoria. An average of 6 residents live in each home. |
Custodial ServicesThe TCRC Custodial Services Program is committed to providing a quality and professional cleaning service for area businesses while at the same time assisting the developmentally disabled in our area to achieve their maximum potential with the end result of successful employment in the community.

Business ServicesOur Business Services program offers meaningful paid employment and vocational training opportunities for adults with developmental disabilities and special education students transitioning out of high school.
TCRC contracts with numerous central Illinois companies to perform a wide range of services such as manufacturing, assembly, document shredding, packaging, shipping, warehousing, and mailing. TCRC Business Services offers 15,000 square feet of production space, 6,000 square feet of dock and storage space, three truck bays, and a delivery truck. Family ServicesTCRC Family Services assists developmentally disabled or high-risk children and adults through home-based support and respite programs. A specially trained worker will engage an individual client in varied activities or work on their development of social skills through case management or direct service. Other aspects of the program include advocacy and referral services as well as the Ann Benjamin Summer Camp for developmentally disabled children and young adults. Sight Center ServicesThe TCRC Sight Center in Morton, Illinois, provides innovative services for the blind and visually impaired. The center helps patients remain independent and self-sufficient through low vision optometric assessments, mobility services, specialized computer technology, community rehabilitation, optical aids and devices, and other support services.

We Care TransportationWe Care, a nonprofit organization founded in 1975, provides services that help individuals maintain independence and improve the quality of life for those in need in Morton and Tazewell County.

Behavioral Health Services
The TCRC Behavioral Health Clinic (BHC) is an individualized, goal-structured service designed to provide community-based mental health services to those with both an IDD and a mental health diagnosis. The clinic provides individualized interventions directed at the management of behavioral issues as well as the skill development necessary to increase overall independence. Services are oriented to meet the unique needs of the individual and their family/guardian.
