Contest Details
Who:
All TAZEWELL COUNTY children UNDER the age of 24 months (limit 60 entries)
What:
Register online by filling out the below application.
When & Where:
Registration starts July 14th and ends on August 28th at 12 am (midnight), or once we reach our limit of 60 entries. Applications with a 5×7 VERTICAL photo accepted (horizontal photos will not work).
- Voting is held at Blain’s Farm & Fleet in Morton (Friday, August 29th until Tuesday, September 9th) & online here & at wecareofmorton.com.
- Winners notified by telephone on Wednesday, September 10th
- Winners were presented on stage at the festival on Thursday evening.
- First-place winners and parents will be featured in the parade.
Prizes:
- 1st Place Boy and Girl $75 each
- 2nd Place Boy and Girl $50 each
- 3rd Place Boy and Girl $25 each
- All participants get ribbons.
This event is sponsored by We Care in conjunction with the Morton Pumpkin Festival. All proceeds from this contest will go to help support We Care projects, which include transportation, food pantry, and Meals-on-Wheels. If you have any questions, please call Connie Robinson at 309-347-7148 x 1002.
