About Us

TCRC's Mission Statement:

"TCRC, Inc. is committed to advocating for and providing exceptional care and treatment through an array of services that are designed to promote independence, increase self-sufficiency, and strengthen individuals and families."

TCRC was established in April of 1983 from the merging of two existing organizations: Holiday School and the Tazewell County Branch of Community Workshop and Training Center.  The driving force behind the incorporation of TCRC was to have an organization committed to helping individuals with disabilities in Tazewell County.

1997	Chestnut CILA opens in Morton
1999	Field Center North for Seniors opens in Morton
2006	Horizons Too Child Care opens in East Peoria
2007	Arlington CILA opens in Pekin
2008	Bloomington Road CILA opens in East Peoria
2009	Highland Street Center opens in Morton Cottonwood CILA opens in East Peoria
