Miller Home for ChildrenLocated in Pekin, the Miller Home for Children is an alternative living environment for developmentally disabled children (ages nine through 21) who can benefit from intensive training in self-help and daily living skills. 24-hour care is provided by a qualified staff to enable residents to achieve greater independence while experiencing a less-restrictive living environment. Referrals for placement at Miller Home come from the Illinois Department of Human Services, Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, and school districts.
