Janitorial Services

The TCRC Janitorial Services Department employs persons with disabilities to perform janitorial tasks at many area businesses. While in the program, workers develop a positive work ethic, learn punctuality, conscientiousness, and the importance of following directions. As they are trained in a variety of skills and settings, they become more marketable for permanent unassisted job placement.
