Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA)

Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILA) provide a home-like environment and 24-hour support for adults with developmental disabilities, which promotes independence in daily living, economic self-sufficiency, and integration into the community.

TCRC operates the Arlington CILA in Pekin, the Parkway CILA in Pekin, the Pleasant Hill CILA in East Peoria, and the Bloomington Road CILA in East Peoria.  Cottonwood CILA in East Peoria will be opening this fall.
