Living Arrangements

Community Integrated Living Arrangements provide a homelike environment and 24-hour per day support for adults with developmental disabilities. The CILA program promotes independence in daily living, economic self-sufficiency and integration into the community. TCRC operates the Arlington and Parkway CILAs in Pekin, Illinois as well as the Bloomington Road, Cottonwood, and Pleasant Hill CILAs in East Peoria, Illinois. An average of seven residents lives in each home.
